Delivery Information

Delivery may be handled by Australia Post, a third-party courier, or directly by Kate’s Furniture, depending on the circumstances. If you are unable to sign for your goods, you may authorize us to leave them in a safe place; however, please note that Kate’s Furniture will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in this case.

Stocked items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, depending on the specific item.

Local Pickup

Buyers have the option to pick up items from select stores, depending on the item. Please note that pickup times require advance booking.
